In purchasing this kitten/cat I (the buyer) agree to the following conditions and terms:
1. If not performed at the time of sale, the kitten/cat will be spayed/neutered at the appropriate age (5-7 months).
2. If the buyer disregards this agreement and breeds the kitten/cat the buyer will pay the breeder (Feng Shui) an
additional fee of $500 (in addition to the pet price already paid at the time of purchase). If the buyer breeds this cat
he/she will not be able to register the kittens.
3. The breeder will provide the buyer with CFA registration papers at the time when the breeder receives written
notification that the kitten has been altered or after 6 weeks from time of purchase.
4. The kitten/cat will not be allowed outside unless on a leash or caged.
5. The kitten/cat will not be declawed.
6. The breeder guarantees the kitten/cat to be Feline Leuk/Felv negative and healthy at the time of sale. The breeder
agrees to replace the kitten/cat in the event the kitten dies of a congenital defect within the first 5 years of life. The buyer
must provide a veterinarian autopsy/necropsy report to the breeder to verify the cause of death of the kitten/cat. This
kitten has been vaccinated and has passed a physical examination by a Veterinarian.
7. If you have other animals it is strongly recommended that you gradually introduce the new kitten/cat. Keep your new
pet isolated for at least 2 weeks and then provide supervised meetings with other pets. It may take a month or more for
your pets to accept someone new. We recommend that you keep this animal on the brand of cat/kitten food that we feed.
8. You are required to take your new pet to your veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase.
9. The breeder will not be held responsible for the health of the cat if he/she is not isolated and not veterinarian -checked
within this 72-hour time frame.
10. The buyer shall not make end of life decisions on this kitten/cat without first attempting to contact the breeder for
information and advice. Emergency situations, as deemed required by a veterinarian, to alleviate pain is the sole
exception.
11. This contact allows your vet to disclose all medical records and to release medical information on this kitten to the
breeder
12. If for any reason you cannot keep this cat or kitten you must return it to us. You may forfeit your purchase price
depending on a case review by us. This is a binding agreement and will not be negotiated. You are responsible to inform
your family and next of kin. There are no time restrictions.
